DESCRIPTION

The standard home inspector's report will cover the condition of the home's heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing system; electrical system; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; and the foundation, basement and structural components. To minimize unpleasant surprises and unexpected difficulties, homebuyers should strive to learn as much as they can about the house before they buy it. A home inspection may identify the need for major repairs or builder oversights, as well as the need for maintenance to keep it in good shape. *Please note that you will be invoiced for a $30 travel fee if your home is located more than 60 miles outside of our office's radius.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand life happens and you may need to make changes to your appointment or even cancel. Our policy requires a 24-hour notice of any changes or cancellations. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will be refunded inspection cost minus 50% of total cost of inspection.
